Nagaland was a revelation. Tiny hamlets that housed people who had character stamped on their faces. Interwined lives in a community that respects and honours it’s age old traditions and values.

Innocent and inquisitive. Like a baby anywhere else in the world.
She was the quiet one. Shy. Not willing to come out and play. Curiosity did her. And I clicked.
The village women take shelter from rain. No visible signs of agitation on being delayed for Church. This moment was life too. So they stopped and lived.

The entrepreneur. She manned her shop. But stop to pose. Vanity and woman – remain inseperable.
